A brief history of PEP-St. Louis
The first meeting of PEP in St. Louis was held in November 1994 in the back room of a bar on South Broadway. Dianna Vesta (a dominant woman who had recently moved from Florida to St. Louis) was the head of PEP-St. Louis. She ran the organization until sometime in early 1996 when she moved to New York.
In July 1996 there was a reincarnation of PEP-St. Louis. A big meeting was held in which PEP members from locations all around the country (Albuquerque, Philadelphia, Nashville, just to name a few) were in attendance. The meeting was chaired by Nancy Ava Miller who lived (and still lives) in Albuquerque. Nancy was the founder of PEP Organization. To learn more about Nancy, type "Nancy Ava Miller" into any of the Internet Search Engines, and you will see some of her interests in D/s, fetishes etc.
At that meeting it was announced that the St. Louis President and Vice-President of PEP St. Louis would be Lady Maeve, and Mistress Bonnie. Mistress Bonnie resigned her position several weeks later for personal reasons, but remained in the organization for several more years before she eventually moved back home to Albuquerque. Lady Maeve remained as president for about 20 months then disappeared...at which point several members kept the group alive and got permission from Nancy Ava Miller to continue the group as we saw fit.
Since that time we've had numerous meeting places---The old Pelican Building on South Grand, Magnolia's, Best Western Motel in St. Charles, Four Points Sheraton in Earth City, and our current spot. Our current spot is right next door to the place where we had the July 1996 reincarnation meeting. And we've also had numerous officers who have done a fine job of making PEP into the organization that it is. SilvrLion has been Chair since 1998. During his tenure, we have had a number of co-chairs & treasurers, including Hetarae & max, Chaz & pam, Lord DS and cat and currently, lily and Aja.
The organization is made up a large group of people who have a wide range of fetishes, and interests in the BDSM field. Whatever your interests, sooner or later it will be a topic at PEP-St Louis.
